Rebalancer is a service of Hasher Technologies LLC ("Hasher"). All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Hasher Technologies LLC operating the Rebalancer service at rebalancer.money.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Rebalancer, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you provide.
• Do not share your account or API keys with others.

API Keys & Third-Party Services

Rebalancer connects to Public.com using API keys you provide. By providing API keys:

• You authorize us to access your portfolio data through Public.com's API.
• You acknowledge that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Public.com.
• You agree to comply with Public.com's terms of service.
• You understand that API access may be modified or revoked by Public.com at any time.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal or harmful activity.
• No automated scraping, data harvesting, or abuse of the service.
• No attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• No reverse engineering or attempting to compromise our systems.
• Respect rate limits and fair usage policies.

Service Availability

Rebalancer is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI analysis features depend on the availability of our AI infrastructure.

Data & Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your portfolio data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes beyond operating Rebalancer.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASHER TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hasher Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
